Inside An Eleva Corporate Production

Corporate work is floral design with a brand brief. Colour has to hold under stage lights. Sightlines matter more than romance. And the room has to feel considered at 9 a.m. and still look composed at 9 p.m.

For a recent 600-guest summit, we started with the stage: a low, architectural floral frame that would not compete with screens, then carried the same palette into registration, lounge islands, and the dinner tables. Anthurium, orchids, and structured greens read as premium without looking like a wedding that wandered into a conference.

The unglamorous work is the work. We map load-in, build overnight, hide mechanics, and leave a crew on site for resets between sessions. Lighting is plotted with the AV team so white flowers do not blow out on camera and dark foliage does not disappear into the backdrop.

If you are planning a launch, AGM, or offsite, treat décor as part of production — not an afterthought once the agenda is locked. Share your brand, venue, and headcount. We will reply with a language that feels like your company, not a generic “corporate floral”.
