5 Décor Trends We're Loving This Wedding Season

Every season has a mood. This one is warmer, more sculptural, and less interested in filling a room than in giving it a point of view. Across our recent installs, five languages keep returning — not as trends to copy, but as atmospheres couples are asking us to build.

Marigold still leads the mandap, but it is no longer a flat wash of orange. We are layering it with cream roses, dried grass, and brass so the colour feels lit from within. Sculptural floral arches — tall, airy, slightly off-balance — are replacing heavy boxed frames. They photograph like architecture and still feel alive.

Tables are quieter. One statement runner, candlelight at mixed heights, and a single unexpected bloom (anthurium, or a garden rose that looks almost too open) do more than a crowded centrepiece. Lighting comes before flowers: if the room is wrong, no amount of petals will save it.

The last two notes are texture and restraint. We are mixing silk, cane, and stone with living stems, and we are leaving negative space on purpose. The celebration should breathe. If you are planning this season, start with light, then colour, then bloom — in that order.
